Throughout his career, Chef Brad has had the privilege of cooking for professional football teams, celebrities, and billionaires, delivering world-class culinary experiences at the highest level of service. His talent, discipline, and creativity have taken him to exclusive environments where excellence is not an option — it’s the standard.
After the devastating impact of Hurricane Katrina, Chef Brad made a life-changing move to Florida, where he redirected his career toward the luxury private sector. It was there that he found his true calling as a Private Yacht Chef, curating custom gourmet experiences at sea for elite clients from around the world.
Today, Chef Brad combines his Southern roots, fine-dining expertise, and luxury service background to deliver unforgettable culinary experiences — whether on land or at sea.
